Refund policy

Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of ordering. All exchanges must be returned with all packaging. Customer to cover shipping charges. 

For hygeine reasons, earrings are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Workshop cancellations:

Payment for a booking is non-refundable, however the booking can be transferred to another date as long as the change is agreed at least four weeks prior to the course date. All courses must be taken within a year of the original booking.
